The puppies spent about an hour running around playing and they seemed pretty tuckered out, so we thought it would be a good opportunity to take the annual family photo.

The puppies are on the move! They are starting to develop the playful personalities, but after a long day of playing it is nice to snuggle up in the recliner and take a little nap!

The summer has come and gone and things have calmed down here for a little while. We enjoyed the fall temps and the dogs have been able to get out and go for runs in the field. Now that Christmas is almost here we are settling in for a little family time. And by family I mean our little furry family has once again expanded. We are happy to announce that our beautiful Princess Belle has become a mom for the second time. It was a busy monday night but after a few long hours we ended the night with eight wonderful little pups. Four girls and four boys. Pups and mom are all doing well. If you check out the puppy page you can see their day old pictures. I will be posting their 1 week old  pictures later this week.

Gilly had another great weekend up in Michigan. He took Reserve Dog both Saturday and Sunday. We are so proud of him, thanks again Michelle Breen for working so hard with him.

Loving Paws would like to debut the newest addition to our kennel…The swimming pool. Gilly and Mini were the first two that were able to go for a swim. I think they both enjoyed the dip. We will see if the other dogs would like to join them with these hot days upon us.

We just received an email from one of our Goldens owners, it was so heartwarming we asked if we could share it with everyone, and they graciously consented.  Farrah recently got her Therapy Dog title and was doing her duties at St. Elizabeth’s in Kentucky and ended up sitting with a man for over two hours who just recently had a massive heart attack. We could not be more proud of Farrah and Pat for all that she is doing to help those who may be down and out. Below is the actual email and pictures that Pat (Farrah’s owner) so graciously shared.

“They say a picture can tell all! I can’t Thank You all for the prayers and support, it felt so good to know that so many are praying for us, Pat when I saw you at the door this morning of Pete’s room ,,,I swear it was like a angel of happiness just entered our day.. and just look at Pete in these pictures,,,, Please give Farrah a huge hug from me. I swear Pete kept asking where is Farrah all day! THANK YOU!!!!”

These little guys are heading off to their new families. We have cherished our time with these little guys but know that they are going to families who will shower them with love.
